I was raised with the Paso Fino and Peruvian Paso horse. My mother, Laura York, introduced me to them when I was 9 when she had Maxmillion SL brought in from Randi Scott of Scott Lugo Farms. It was at this time I met Denise and rode her stallion. Talk about the "Paso grin" heck I couldn't get over the manners of this show horse.

 After this my mother bought a Peruvian gelding El Tigre from California. Then several years later another Peruvian Sueno de Amigo CHR. Whom she bred to her Paso Fino mares. He is the sire of the mare I'm holding in the picture, and on the home page. Yes, she is a PFHA registered mare, her dam was a pure Puerto Rican, hot as pepper. And one of my other mare's, Tierra's grandsire.Tierra de Laura

  Neblina de Laura

Lady, she's such a beautiful mare. Big and bold this mare makes beautiful foal's that have size, brio, and gait. Neblina, stands15hh and weigh's 1100 or more lbs. She is a gaiting machine with Espectro que tal, going to Hilachas, and Salinera on dam's side.  Coral and Favorito on the sires.

"Shadow"

Shadow is a home produced baby with "Red"our Coral grandson, registered NASHA stud, out of "Lady" more Coral, Favorito & Hilachas. She looks just like her grandmother did when she came to my mothers! Wow, what a filly. 

Merrickville Fair 2009

Tierra was a smash, and looked so good in the knight outfit.

 She placed second in the pleasure class. Next, of course, to her half brother Senor de la Arena. Tierra is by Oro de Sueno, out of Grey Barn Corvetta. Whom is out of Sirena de Coral Mako, by Pistolero Sin Par. Which goes back to Coral again, and Dulce Sueno, and Sueno de Amigo CHR, my mothers Peruvian horse.
